Privacy statement

To all Data Subjects,

in order to register for the event, we are asking you to fill in the on-line form. Before entering your data, we hereby invite you to read this privacy statement pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679.

The Data processor appointed a Data protection officer: SIGES S.r.l., located in via G. Ferrari 21, 21047 Saronno (VA), email address dpo1@sigesgroup.it.

The data entered while filling in the form shall be solely and exclusively used for the following purposes:

• event registration management and event organization, pursuant to the contract established with your registration request;
• compliance with legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, administrative, etc. obligations;

All data marked with an asterisk are compulsory: any failure to provide them implies the impossibility of completing the registration. All data marked as optional are required to enable a better organization of the event and for statistic purposes.

All data will be processed by the Association through its staff and may be communicated to the subjects involved in the organization of the event (for example: the venue hosting the event, the entertainment service, etc.). All data will be stored by the Association for the time needed to achieve the purpose. After achieving the aforementioned purpose, all data will be stored for the need to provide proof of compliance with related contract and legal obligations.

Rights of the Data Subjects – Without prejudice to the right of appealing to the relevant Supervisory or Judicial Authority, in any moment the Data Subject shall exercise the rights set forth by art. 15 of the EU Regulation 679/2016, whereas applicable. In particular, the Subject may exercise the right to access, modify and to ask the cancellation of their data; the limitation of processing, the right to oppose processing and the right to portability. For further information or to exercise the aforementioned rights, the Data Subject can contact the Data Processor and/or the Data Protection Officer.

AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE FOR THE USE OF IMAGES

During the aforementioned event, pictures and videos will be recorded in order to report on the sessions and to advertise the event and the activities of the Association. The pictures and images will be taken respecting the dignity of the person and only with the preventive authorization of the subject or their representative: for this reason , you will receive an email with the forms you will have to fill in and make your choice, sign and deliver directly at the event venue. Images and videos may be published on the Association’s website, on the Association’s Facebook official page, on the local press, on on-line channels (such as Youtube) and shared in the Official group of the Association.

The use of the aforementioned images shall be intended free of charge, without any time limitation and released also pursuant to articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and articles 96 and 97, Law 633 of 22.4.1941, Copyright law.
